At Islamic Store, we accept returns only for items that are received in a damaged condition.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 2–3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. To proceed with the return, kindly provide clear proof of the damage—this may include photographs or videos showing the issue.

Please note: The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the damaged item. Returned items must be in the same condition as received, in their original packaging, and must include all accessories or inserts (if any). This Return Policy does not apply to:
